"Worst service I have ever had. I canceled an auto policy after selling the car. 2 months later I get a bill for the policy I had canceled. I called Tandys office and was told they would look into it but could probably only go back one month at this point even though they are the ones who dropped the ball. They said they would look into it and call me back. Two weeks later after not receiving a call back as promised. I get a notice in the mail that they canceled the policy but they didn’t go back a month like they said. They never went back at all. I called them again and again they said they would look into it and call me back. Again they never called back. Several days later I called again and they said the same thing and again never bothered to call me back. The 4th time I called I wasn’t as nice as I was tired of being lied to. She tried giving me some excuse about being out sick for 4 days but that doesn’t cover them lying to me for over 3 weeks! I said I wanted the owner Randy Robinette (who I have never seen in the office ever) to give me a call. Guess what? No phone call again! That’s nearly a month and 5 times trying only to find out they really don’t care about customer service. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and State Farm corporate office and the state insurance commissioner. Just for reference I have been with State Farm for 45 years and only started having problems with them this year. It’s time to move on I guess. Phillip"
